Re: Device support for Insteon HUB Devices

Hi Sean,

We do not support Insteon Camera's yet, but we do support the hidden door sensor. Is that the only device you are having trouble with?

Re: Messages delayed when any alerts are triggered

Hi,

The reason this is taking too long is because we are working on an update for the zbpserver which will use a much more reliable server for notifications.

We appreciate your patience while our team is working hard on getting this implemented.

Re: Centralite Azela Relay Switch (3385001-RZHA) Issues

now the local relay is now working with the relay still connected via zigbee to the gateway. Glad to hear that! - Some questions: What will all the effects of deleting the binding be? For example, will deleting this binding mean the relay CANNOT be used in scenes and wizards? The effect of deleting...

Re: Centralite Azela Relay Switch (3385001-RZHA) Issues

Hey there, finally able to update the reference for the Azela relay problem. So here's what we need to do: The symptom that you explained with the Azela relay is I suspect, due to binding that we write in the device. So the solution is to remove that binding. We will try to remove the binding throug...

Re: RainBee 16 custom programming

Using the REST API you can control the individual valves to turn on or off. We do not currently have REST API to control the timers. Although this can be done using our XML API, let me know if you would like details on that.

Re: Keypadlinc

Are you trying to use the other buttons in a Scene Controller or Scene Responder? All buttons are available in the Scene Controller, because this allows you to use the button to control the scene. Only the Main button is available in the Scene responder, this is because the KeyPad can only control 1...

Re: REST HowTo?

We do not have a plugin for the IOLinc in the REST API.

Will have to let you know when we create it.

Also, we are working on opening up the plugins so developers can create and submit their plugins for different devices/controllers. Would you be interested in that?

Re: REST HowTo?

Hi Jay, It seems like your installation was not done properly. Right now it looks like there are some missing reference files in the /etc/zbp directory. I would just recommend to backup your /etc/zbp/data.db file and then reinstall the zbpserver. Here's what you will need to do: 1. backup you curren...

Re: REST HowTo?

It looks like the components did not get discovered. This could happen if the zbpserver plugins are not installed. Can you please check if the plugins are installed: ls /usr/lib/zbp/plugins If they are not installed, then install them using: sudo apt-get install zbpserver* Take a look at this post: ...
